• that I do not perform any risk management or internal control tasks in which I am involved in the activities I supervise. Should this be the case, the direct superior or the person responsible for the AMLA or the AMLA deputy must be contacted and involved immediately.

• I am appropriately qualified (e.g. qualified director or qualified employee) to perform the risk management and internal control functions.
